Overview
This Subscription Terms & Refund Policy (“Subscription Policy”) supplements our Terms of Service and describes how paid access to FlowState Teacher works, including billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. Effective date: May 4, 2026.

Paid plans and payment methods
FlowState may offer paid subscriptions, add-ons, or one-time purchases. Fees, billing cycles, trial length (if any), and included features are shown at purchase time in the app, on our website, or in the applicable storefront.
Paid plans may be billed through Apple (in-app purchases or subscriptions), Stripe, or another payment processor we authorize. The processor that charges you is identified at checkout. That processor's terms and privacy policy apply in addition to ours.
Automatic renewal
Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period for the then-current price (plus applicable taxes) until you cancel.
You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged again. We do not guarantee reminder emails or in-app notices; do not rely on them as your only cue to cancel.
Apple App Store purchases
If you subscribe or buy through Apple's App Store, the transaction is between you and Apple. Apple's terms and refund rules apply.
Cancellation and refund requests for Apple-billed subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID account (for example Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FlowState Teacher → Cancel Subscription on iOS). We cannot process refunds for Apple-billed purchases from our side except as Apple's policies allow.
Stripe, web, and other authorized billing
If you pay through Stripe, our website, or another authorized web flow, cancellation and billing management are handled through the FlowState / Stripe billing experience we provide (for example a customer portal, account billing page, or links we email you), and through Stripe's systems as applicable.
Refund requests for non-Apple purchases may be reviewed case-by-case when you contact support@achieveflowstate.com. We are not obligated to grant refunds except where required by law or by the payment platform's rules.
Pricing changes
We may change subscription prices, fees, or plan features. Where applicable law or platform rules require advance notice, we will provide notice in a reasonable manner (for example in-app, by email, or at renewal) before the new price takes effect for your next renewal.
Taxes
Stated prices may exclude sales, use, VAT, GST, or other taxes. You are responsible for any taxes imposed on your purchase and for keeping billing and tax information accurate.
Failed payments and access
If a payment fails, is disputed, or is reversed, we may limit, suspend, downgrade, or revoke access to paid features until payment succeeds or the account is brought into good standing.
FlowState does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the service. Downtime, maintenance, third-party outages, or account status may affect availability.
Refund policy
App Store purchases: refunds and billing adjustments are subject to Apple's refund process and eligibility rules.
Stripe and other non-Apple purchases: refund requests may be reviewed case-by-case when you contact support@achieveflowstate.com. We do not guarantee refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or change of mind, except where required by law or by the applicable payment platform.
Promotional pricing, introductory offers, or free trials may convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends through the same channel you used to start the trial.
How to cancel
Apple: On iOS, open Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → FlowState Teacher → Cancel Subscription. Steps may vary slightly by iOS version or device; use Apple's current instructions for subscription management.
Web / Stripe: Use the billing or “Manage subscription” controls in the app (for example Me → Billing) or on our website when available, or email support@achieveflowstate.com from the address on your account for help locating the correct portal.
Canceling stops future renewals; you may retain access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, unless Apple, Stripe, or we state otherwise.
