Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines apply to everything you post to FlowState community surfaces: the Community feed (classes, movements, videos, comments), and the Jobs / Events board. They supplement our Terms of Use.

By posting, you confirm your content follows these Guidelines and all applicable laws. The canonical public copy is published at https://achieveflowstate.com/legal/community-guidelines.

Treat other instructors with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, or exploitation will not be tolerated.

The following is never allowed on FlowState, on any surface, with zero tolerance and no warning required before removal:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. We remove this content immediately, terminate the account, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law.

Content that is illegal where you or a viewer are located, including content that facilitates illegal activity.

Hate speech, or content that attacks, threatens, or dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or other protected characteristics.

Harassment, bullying, doxxing, credible threats of violence, stalking, or targeted abuse of another instructor, student, or FlowState staff.

Sexually explicit content, outside professional anatomical or teaching context clearly intended for movement instruction.

Graphic violence, or content designed to shock, disgust, or glorify harm to people or animals.

Content that promotes or instructs self-harm, disordered eating, or suicide.

Dangerous health, medical, or movement misinformation likely to cause physical injury if followed (see also our AI Assistance Disclaimer and Safety Disclaimer).

Impersonation of another person, studio, or organization, or otherwise materially misleading claims about your identity, qualifications, or certifications.

Spam, scams, deceptive links, malware, or automated / bulk posting.

Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal job or event listings, including pyramid or multi-level-marketing recruitment, unpaid-labor listings presented as paid, or listings unrelated to movement teaching, studios, or wellness work.

Content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

We may remove content that violates this list without prior notice, and may take further account action as described in “Moderation and enforcement” below.

Share only content you have the right to share. Do not upload copyrighted music, video, or text that you do not have permission to distribute.

If you believe your copyrighted work was posted without permission, contact support@achieveflowstate.com with the content location, a description of the work, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized. We will review and may remove the content.

If you see a post, job listing, or event that violates these Guidelines, use the in-app “Report” option on that post to send it to our moderation team, or email us directly.

A report tells us the reason you selected and identifies the content — it does not reveal your identity to the person who posted it. We aim to review reports within 1–2 business days, sooner for reports involving safety, harassment, or illegal content.

Reporting does not guarantee removal — we review each report against these Guidelines and may remove content, warn or suspend the account, take no action, or escalate to law enforcement when required by law. We may follow up by email if we need more information.

Where a block control is available on a surface, blocking an author hides their future content from your feed and prevents them from interacting with your posts. Blocking does not itself remove past content — report it separately if it violates these Guidelines.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, hate speech, threats, exploitation, or illegal material. Violations may result in immediate removal of content and permanent account termination, without warning, for severe or illegal violations.

For less severe or first-time violations, we may instead warn you, remove the specific content, or temporarily suspend posting privileges, at our discretion.

We may remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these Guidelines or our Terms. We may preserve records, including reports and removed content, where required for safety, legal, or law-enforcement reasons.

If your content is removed or your account is suspended and you believe it was a mistake, contact support@achieveflowstate.com to request review.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant FlowState a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and moderate your content solely to operate and improve the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
